We offer fair, transparent pricing based on the scope and quality of service. In some cases, we may review competitor pricing if a customer provides a verifiable written quote from a licensed competitor offering the same service.
Eligibility for a price review:
The competitor must be licensed and reputable.
The service must match ours in scope, warranty, and quality.
Pricing must be clearly verifiable (published or written).
The competitor must serve your location.
Requests must be submitted before service begins.
Note: Custom or specialty work is excluded from price comparisons.
3. Warranty Coverage
We stand behind our work with the following:
30-day warranty on labor
1-year warranty on parts (when parts are supplied by Apex Garage Door Service)
Warranty exclusions:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications.
Equipment serviced by third parties.
Normal wear-and-tear of parts such as rollers, cables, or weather seals.

4. Cancellation Policy
We do not charge cancellation or rescheduling fees. Please provide as much notice as possible if changes are needed.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon job completion.
