• To qualify for our Lowest Price Guarantee, the following conditions apply:

  • Identical Service Scope: The competitor’s service must match ours in scope, quality, and warranty terms.
  • Ability to Serve the Customer’s Address: The competitor must be able to provide service directly to the customer’s address.
  • Publicly Verifiable Pricing: The competitor’s price must be publicly available and verifiable by our team.
  • Request Timing: Price match requests must be submitted before the job starts. Requests made after the job has started are not eligible.

  • Price match requests made after the job has already started.

  • Cannot Be Combined with Other Discounts or Coupons: The Lowest Price Guarantee cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupon offers.

6. How to Request a Price Match

• To request a price match, please provide:
  • The competitor’s company name, contact information, and confirmation they can serve your address.
  • Documentation or a link showing the competitor’s price for the identical service.
  • Any additional information that supports your price match request.
• Once verified, we will apply a price reduction of at least 5% below the competitor’s rate, with potential for additional discounts based on eligibility.
